I was served by a young man named Mitchel last weekend 22/06/25 and wow what a fantastic young person. Amazing customer service and so so lovely to have a quick chat with. Hire more staff just like him 😊
It has everything you need but staff has attitude problems. People need to to be a bit more happy and in this day and age or you feel like you don't want to shop at these stores
It would be good if they’d answer their phone. It’s 9.55am. On a Thursday. Not outside their working hours.
Terrible. Placed a click around midday collect order, as a OnePass customer, so it should be ready to collect by 2pm the same day. For 3 products that I needed as a gift to give the morning after. Now it's the morning after and still no notification to say it's ready. I called the store at 10am and got a massage saying it's outside their operating hours and the customer service extension hangs up automatically. Absolutely abysmal.
