I bought my nephew a trampoline, after taking out 3 poles, I realised it was to big. I called them and was told coz I opened box I couldn’t return it. But I didn’t take that as an acceptable answer. So I drove to Rowville, still got told no return no refund. After a few conversations back and forth, still no return. The gentleman manning the door saw me struggling to find my trolley token and kindly released a trolley for me. Super helpful and efficient.

Was in store yesterday and from the guy at the front of the store to the helpful lady in the book area and the two girls seving customers at check out it was the best shopping experience. This is Not my local store however it will be my go to because of todays experience. Well done 👏
