I had a wonderful experience walking into Kmart thanks to the door greeter, Brody. He greeted every customer with a cheerful attitude and shared unique, uplifting comments with each person. When I walked in, he smiled and wished me a "wonderful spring day" — a small gesture that made a big difference. His positivity truly set the tone for a great visit.
Floor tiles was too waxed. Nice atmosphere. Slipped on the tiles.
