Don't go to the Layaway/Online Pickup department, they are short of help! One (1) associate working the counter. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and the associate was more concerned about gossiping with another customer while waiting on someone at the same time thereby causing extreme delays. He would rather socialize than provide fast and efficient customer service. I will never patronize this Kmart again.
