I recently visited this Kmart to return a product and encountered a deeply disappointing level of customer service at the returns counter. The staff member assisting me was rude and condescending throughout the interaction, at one point asking whether I had "ever returned anything before" in a tone that felt both dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Returns are a standard part of retail service, and customers should not be made to feel judged or interrogated for making one. I hope management addresses this behaviour... read more
