I purchased a few items this morning and want to give a shout out to a very helpful young man called Reece. The store was really busy yet he went out of his way to help me when I was having difficulty finding what I needed. Well done 👏👏
I tried to do a click and collect yesterday for some 1000 thread count sheets and was told hours later that my order couldn’t be completed due to ‘no stock’ and a refund was issued. I went in today and found plenty of stock on the shelves. 🙄 I also see from other reviews that this issue keeps happening.
Annoyed is an understatement, several times I had checked online and called up to check on stock levels and driven to the store to find out there is none available. Wasting my time. Sort out your stock levels on the website and phone prompter

Left the lowest rating possible otherwise it would have been zero. The staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. This is the first time I have come to this particular location but came here on a shopping outing with my sister. My local Kmart have never been rude, they're always smiling, always available, always helpful. ESPECIALLY when the error has come from their side.
