Great store to shop until you get to the checkouts. Customer service is appalling and the worst I've experienced in Orange. The staff particularly working at the self service area are downright rude. One stomped on my foot and actually pushed me aside to get to the screen. I said something politely to her and she just walked off.
How unpleasant is this store walking around the store passed 11 staff not 1 said anything even entering the girl at the front enterence nothing in or out will go to Bathurst for my items even one staff come to where I was to stock shelves not a word terrible customer service at kmart Orange
As you can see there is a wet floor sign on the floor for people to trip over and sue Kmart for damages as the staff member just stands there , didn’t even attempt to pick it up or even check our shopping. Great work ethics aye
I one of the cash register You have to use self service I don’t work for Kmart Obviously, they don’t work at Kmart either The security guard was the most pleasant person of all
