Absolutely disgraceful store. The mess is actually laughable. Staff standing around talking... look at the state of the store and fix it
This Kmart really needs to reevaluate who they put on their service desk. They put people with the least amount of customer service skills to be put on a service desk and being all stuck up to customers. This Kmart has a ridiculous policy from others Kmarts and is not stated anywhere and got the most snarky response saying I should know when it’s not clear policy to consumers. This Kmart has different rules to other Kmart's. Why? manager makes up what they want here.
I am furious. I sat out of wind in taxi rank when a male Kmart staff member stood directly behind me. I asked him to move away as I don't smoke. He refused meaning I had to on wheelchair move to where the cold wind was.
