Went to the shop for returns. The lady at help desk told me did you show the receipts at the front of the shop when you entered. I said no then she said next time when you come you have to show to the security guard at the front of the store. Its there return policy. Or else they have to check security cameras.
Great customer service and a great store. Keep up the good work
The makeup/beauty section is disgraceful. It doesn't matter what time of the day you go there it is never clean. In fact the whole store is dirty and disorganised.
