A big thank you to Belinda at Kmart Lismore. Belinda went above and beyonds to help me out with some replacement beach toys, which were accidentally lost. Thank yo Belinda for all you have done.
Absolutely amazing customer service, Matilda was extremely helpful, polite, and respectful. Matilda also had excellent product knowledge and was very familiar with the stores' layouts. Matilda is an absolute asset to the kmart team.
What is going on? Which absolute knucklehead thinks it is a good idea to use coin/token trolley locks when nobody carries coins anymore especially in a Shopping Centre. Everyone in the store has to go and get a trolley from Coles, Woolworths or big W to go shopping at Kmart whilst the Kmart trolley bay is FULL of trolleys sitting idle so they don't have to pay the excellent trolley collectors. What a massive inconvenience. I have witnessed many people, particularly older people who need an accessible trolley unable to shop. ... read more
They make it as difficult as possible to return an item. Manager is rood too. Best shop elsewhere.
