The shelves in the make-up and perfume area look like someone did rainbow diarrhoea everywhere and it was sticky and gross
Never enough staff.
Hopeless, nobody ever answers the phone. What is the point in having a number advertised? And then you have to listen to automated rubbish about how customer service is important to you, while on hold - what a joke!
Kmart Joondalup is a large, clean store that really has everything you need from homewares, clothing, appliances, toys and more. Unfortunately it is quite difficult to find a staff member to assist but I find that most of the big stores are understaffed. However if you go to the help desk, they are friendly and helpful
Clare at Kmart Joondalup gaves up great Customer service yesterday. She went above and beyond what we expected and made our shopping experience a pleasure. We carme home with all of the items on our list and were very happy with the prices too. She is a valuable asset to the store.
