Clare at Kmart Joondalup gaves up great Customer service yesterday. She went above and beyond what we expected and made our shopping experience a pleasure. We carme home with all of the items on our list and were very happy with the prices too. She is a valuable asset to the store.
I hate needing to show my receipt after I walk out of the store ,, luv I am not POOR I am not stealing from KMART !!!!

There is literally no point using click and collect because they put the items on the shelf and then not email you to collect your items and then force you to buy them again, then cancel your click and collect and wait for 3 to 5 days for a refund
Kmart Joondalup is one of my go-to spots. The store is always clean, well laid out, and well stocked. I’ve never had any issues finding what I need, and I like that the shelves are generally full, even during busy times. There’s a great variety across all sections, from homewares and clothes to stationery and kids’ stuff. It just feels a bit more organised and less chaotic than some other Kmarts I’ve been to.
