Tried to bring back an item that had been open when we brought it and didn’t realise that it was sealed with tape. Tried to get a refund and Lisa at the service desk said rudely “We don’t take back products in that condition and we wouldn’t sell them like it either” and just stormed off into the back area and didn’t come back.

Kmart your store is dirty and disgusting the floors have marks and are filthy there is tags and things everywhere. The staff are rude and not helpful. If you are so concerned about people stealing go back to normal check outs not self serve it is ridiculous you have to have someone check your things at the front door.
The state of this store is crazy! It’s so filthy, dusty and dirty! Part of the ceiling near the kids area is covered in slime or some kind of kids putty, it really needs a huge detail in there😔 everything is messy and unorganised, very stressful when shopping there.
