OMG , Kmart stop hiring idiots and keep accurate stock levels. I have looked online several times for stock and their website says they have stock however driving all the way into town to only find that they do not have stock. this has happened about 4 times now and when I spoke to the store manager she just stairs into space saying its Kmarts problem not mine. Kmart has the worse stock accountability I have ever dealt with.
I had a very bad experience from an elderly lady who was there in billing section. She was very rude towards us. She didnt even consider we have a small baby with us. We bought a vaccum cleaner she kicked on the vaccum cleaner and went. I didn’t find any source of provocation from our side other than we had around 500 $ to bill. People doesn’t have patience and resilience I am coming from Newzealand I felt very bad . Very poor attitude. And poor customer service
I am in shock , recently I have seen the store very neat and tidy 😲and the workers are really helpful .
I loved it but the people they hire is a shame. I'm an 82 year old woman and the way their worker by the name of Indy was extremely rude. I was looking for make up care for my grand daughter and the young lady told me that I shouldn't be there because my skin was already frail, I can't believe it 😰
