Worst staff I have ever seen so far. The young lady at customer service told me- She. Can’t even check the size for me if it’s in stock or not and not even put her call on hold while talking to me. She was on call and keep on talking and laughing even I was waiting for her to reply. Then she bluntly told me I can’t check stock for you. If they can’t check anything tor customers what are they getting paid for? Why the phones are allowed at work? Then at last started laughing at me which I felt so embarrassing.

I love Kmart but... Today I went to go buy $21 worth tool box and to find half of the tools were missing what a waste of money and I wasn't able to return it cause I ripped the box it was in not expecting half of it to be missing. Who even steals from tool boxes... 🥲
