They’re good, but they’re seriously understaffed. You have to wait around for quite a while before your matter gets sorted. It’s clear the staff there are genuinely doing their best, but the lack of personnel is really frustrating for customers.
This review is for Anthony at the checkout today around 2:30’ish pm (29/01/26). I had a large framed canvas to pay for at the self checkout and Anthony recognised the inconvenience from moving it from scanning area to the bagging area and voluntarily helped me sort it out without the fuss. This place is very big and it has so many toys for kids and has useful things to buy. Kmart is a very good place to shop from and most of the things are cheap. Some things dont have good quality like the clothing and make up or skincare also anko isnt a great brand but it has so many great things as well.
Just was served by Marisa at the service desk today. Beyond rude and condescending!
I had a very upsetting experience at Kmart Doncaster at Westfield today. As I was leaving, the lady standing at the door checking bags approached me with extremely rude behaviour and demanded to see my receipt. I handed it to her and politely explained that I didn’t want my children—who were standing right next to me—to see their Christmas presents.
