I had a very upsetting experience at Kmart Doncaster at Westfield today. As I was leaving, the lady standing at the door checking bags approached me with extremely rude behaviour and demanded to see my receipt. I handed it to her and politely explained that I didn’t want my children—who were standing right next to me—to see their Christmas presents. Worst ever customer service experience. I paid for instant photo printing about 10 minutes before the store’s closing time and accidentally scanned the wrong barcode. I immediately corrected it when i realized and scanned the right one at 10 PM which is store closing time, but the three staff members on duty refused to let me collect my photos — even though it would have taken only 2 minutes to print.
