It’s totally unfair warehouse where team leaders are applying discrimination very welllol🤯 I’ve worked there 6 months and I did my best but still I feel bully there. There is no any Kmart rules which are learned at application time. Even the manager can't figure out what's going wrong. Me and my husband often feel bias because of team leaders. Thanks Kmart to learn me that this is not the warehouse where everyone can work with same respect. I think it’s better for me to work at another site.

i think it’s completely unfair that afternoon workers that start at 2:30 to have to wait till 2pm to be able to enter the facility. Some workers have to get here by bus or dropped off. Never in my 10years of working at any wharehouse have i heard of afternoon workers waiting outside the gate till 2pm , in the staunching heat or raining conditions. The security hung up on me when I ask for someone to talk to in the dc about a product and iv been to kmart and they told me to call the dc now I am going around in circles
