Another failed customer!!! STAY AWAY from these people!!! They will say a past is under warranty and then try and collect from you after the fact!! And not only that, the email they provide on the invoice to dispute charges blocks every email you use, preventing you from disputing the charges! Sears and Kmart have everything at great prices, with great customer service! It's the only place you can buy Kenmore appliances which are the most reliable I've ever had!!! I love Sears Roebuck & Co.!!!
Dealing with this company over a warranty for a Kenmore refrigerator compressor. Sears and the third party company cannot get their facts straight and have been trying to collect on a warranty job. Very unprofessional. You cannot get a honest answer and they're always going to call you back but never do. Save yourselves from stress and never buy or use this company for anything.
