Literally the worst customer service i have seen. Unhelpful stuff and they honestly acted like they couldnt give a shit..
I had a large photo printed & it had a black mark down 1 side as it was of my grandaughter & was a present for my son & his wife it was not acceptable I told the staff & they were not atall helpful, said I needed to have another 1 printed. I am a pensioner so cannot afford that. I asked for my money back & they said No. So go to the Office Works & give Kmart Carrun Downs a miss.
Went in today and had to exchange some pants. Jaylor could not of been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was a bit razzled and she made me feel at ease and was so patient. Brilliant customer service.
