Older lady with very short hair at fitting rooms makes you feel very uncomfortable and she is very rude and serious one of the worst Kmart Stores I have ever been to will not go there again and will not recommend any one to go there
Great first time click and collect experience from here. Smooth process, the store looked tidy and the guy at the service desk today along with the guy on the door were super friendly and helpful.
I’m a regular customer at Kmart Caroline Springs, but today I had a really uncomfortable experience. That short lady with glasses and grey hair working near the fitting rooms was just rude and kept knocking on the doors and even coming into the fitting area while people were still in there. It felt so invasive and unnecessary. Please stop chasing people around the fitting rooms – it’s awkward and not okay.

Just want to do a shout out to the beautiful lady who always welcomes and checks the receipts at the gate. I happened to ask her name yesterday. “Tania” - must say the way she handles customers questions directing them to correct sections, waving goodbyes to little toddlers and making sure to wish each and every person is totally amazing …. Even though this is such a monotonous job she does it with so much care and affection. A big thank you for always bringing smile to our face every time we pass you .
