I had a really disappointing experience at Kmart recently around 9am 20/3. My friend and I were just looking at items and trying a few things out, when an older staff member suddenly started yelling at us. There was no warning or polite request—just immediate aggression, telling us not to touch anything. It felt completely unnecessary and honestly pretty upsetting. Needs more staff. Place is filthy, needs to be more organise and neat. This kmart is very getto compare to Melton Kmart which is much better!

Let’s be honest — many of us walk into Kmart not with a strict list, but with the expectation that Kmart will somehow tell us what we need. We’ve visited this store countless times, and while there are still some incredibly kind team members, the overall service experience has noticeably declined. The customer service is very poor in this store . I was looking for a piece of gym equipment that was showing in store as available and wasn’t on the shelves where it was supposed to. No staff around to ask for .i see one staff member I ask her for help to locate the product and she says she does not know and points me to another staff who is busy talking to other team members full on but is Dosent seem interested to help me .
