I visited Kmart on Sunday evening and was greeted by a wonderful young staff member named Hana, who was on the door. She was so cheerful, polite, and welcoming, it really made a difference to my shopping experience. When I asked for help finding a product, she went out of her way to assist me and even helped me grab a trolley. Her friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help were fantastic. Well done, Kmart, it’s always lovely to meet team members like Hana!
