The girl at the assisted checkouts at 4:45-5:00pm on the 29th of November provided excellent customer service. I had a question about a damaged keyboard and she was prompt in asking the manager to resolve the problem. Additionally, the girl on the door iss excellent at providing a great shopping experience and greets customers with kindness.
Marty the staff member at the entrance was very helpful and got me a trolley. I am not from the area and he was very helpful.
I’ll be coming to this Kmart for last two years and today the first time the staff talk to me so rudely and when I told her I’m gonna put a review up on the Google they were having a laugh. I think I was like some other junkie who came before closing to buy stuff when I bought a stuff for more than $200 bucks this need to be changed or I’m gonna escalate this to the head office of the Kmart. I’ve been visiting this location for over 10 years, and unfortunately, the staff’s customer service has consistently been disappointing. The behavior often comes across as unprofessional, unapproachable, and at times, even rude. Lately, I try to avoid interactions altogether — I look for items myself, use self-checkout, and rarely ask for assistance. It’s disheartening to see no improvement over such a long period.
