Completely and utterly disappointed with the customer service at Kmart, the predjudice of the kmart employees are completely unreasonable. I visited the store looking for toys for my 9 year old cousin, (i was wearing a highschool uniform and was shopping after school). K'mart Cairns Central click and collect staff do not have customer service skills . 0 customer service skills. They don't need to do the business or help customers. I made an online order and waited for hour because I didn't get the usual text message like other K'mart stores. When I called the service desk two women were really rude and didn't want to help me at all..Then I cancelled the order. I recommend to give proper training or put capable staff at K'mart Cairns Central Service desk.
