K'mart Cairns Central click and collect staff do not have customer service skills . 0 customer service skills. They don't need to do the business or help customers. I made an online order and waited for hour because I didn't get the usual text message like other K'mart stores. When I called the service desk two women were really rude and didn't want to help me at all..Then I cancelled the order. I recommend to give proper training or put capable staff at K'mart Cairns Central Service desk.

Huge shoutout to Nick at Kmart Cairns Central! My friend Letasha accidentally dropped her AirPods and thought they were gone for good. Nick went above and beyond he swept under the beauty section with a smile and found them! Super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Amazing customer service!! thank you so much Nick! 😊👏

I would give Kmart a zero if i could. I ordered an item which was apparently in stock to click and collect and 2 hours later they cancelled and then took almost 8 weeks and dozens of online chats and emails to finally get a refund voucher. What a disgrace. Big business often shows little regard for small consumers and Kmart's lack of respect for the customer and total lack of respect for the customers' time sets a new low bar for customer service. Hang your heads in shame.
