Tegan the manager needs to learn customer service.....omg what a mess Kmart was ...infact it looked like a $2 shop ...I walked straight out and went to Target Answer from young man working....Juniors and under staffed! Completely and utterly disappointed with the customer service at Kmart, the predjudice of the kmart employees are completely unreasonable. I visited the store looking for toys for my 9 year old cousin, (i was wearing a highschool uniform and was shopping after school). K'mart Cairns Central click and collect staff do not have customer service skills . 0 customer service skills. They don't need to do the business or help customers. I made an online order and waited for hour because I didn't get the usual text message like other K'mart stores. When I called the service desk two women were really rude and didn't want to help me at all..Then I cancelled the order. I recommend to give proper training or put capable staff at K'mart Cairns Central Service desk.
