Poor Experience at Kmart Burwood Went in today to return items with valid proof of purchase via the app and email. Staff and the so-called manager were rude and clearly untrained, they both struggled with a simple return. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
“I had a disappointing experience at the dressing/trial room. The staff member there seemed very unhappy in her work and was not helpful. When I simply asked where to find gloves, she responded loudly and in an unfriendly tone, which felt unnecessary. I also noticed similar complaints about the same staff in other reviews, so this doesn’t seem to be a one-off experience. Unfortunately, I’ve also found that many of the younger staff members are not helpful either — they tend to just point in a direction rather than assisting ... read more
