Worst place for Click & Collect. I was told I couldn’t pick up a mirror I ordered because it was 'too big to carry' and that it had to be collected from the loading dock. The logic makes no sense—if I had bought it off the shelf in-store, I would have just carried it to my car myself. Instead, I had to drive in circles around the building just to get from customer service to the dock. A complete waste of time.
