I had such a great experience at Kmart Broadbeach thanks to Shaylee. I had a very disappointing experience at Kmart Broadbeach. I attempted to place some Pokémon cards on layby as a Christmas gift for my nephew and was initially told that laybys are not available for Pokémon products. I was then informed that laybys are only permitted if the total is $20 or under for Pokémon cards—something that is not stated anywhere in Kmart's layby policy.
