Forever my 1st destination wherever I layover at GC!
I often feel that the merchandise is really disorganized. Several times, the website showed an item as “in stock,” but when I went to the store, it was still unavailable. The staff are indifferent and not helpful at all, everyone just has a poker face. The customer service even lets people picking up orders cut the line and get served first, while those returning items have to wait. I was standing in line and saw it myself, there was only one staff member, and more than ten people waiting.
The guy thats has glasses with the black hair thats is in the slight shape of a mullet is a legend. Dude is a genuine guy who is always polite, give him a raise
I had very heavy items which I knew would not be easy to put through self-serve. Went up to the counter and asked for help and they refuse, rather pushing me over to self serve and helping me there. What has this come to! The shop is filthy and the staff are rude. The only saving grace is that one guy on the front doors who is absolutely amazing. I haven’t seen him for awhile. He’s probably been snapped up by somewhere that will appreciate him!
Some of the younger female staff were quite rude and were too busy gossiping and saying wildly inappropriate statements whilst handling the change rooms today. I had a lovely asian girl assisting me; after she was replaced, the group of staff members who took over were quite rude and talked disrespectfully about the girl beforehand.. wasn't too impressed.
