If I could rate lower I would. I went in to exchange a pair of shorts I recieved as a gift as they were too small. They did not have other sizes so I wanted to buy another pair of short and a t shirt and pay the difference. I did not enjoy my experience at this kmart. The young lady with red hair was not helpful at all and did not help me find my way around. She was very rude and acting very odd. Next time i go i hope to not see her around. I wish i got her name but she was tall and had red hair. Â
Kmart highpoint is the worst place to come all working with the baby kids unprofessional. They need to have grow up first before they work there if you say two or three words they will say you’re to us to us. You need to leave because they know they’ve and they are a shame of it to fix it.
