This store manager treats the employees like chap. My daughter sent me a picture of a note the manager left them calling them bottom feeders.This is not how you treat any human being and certainly not employees. The equipment in the cafe does not work and is disgusting and the employees are left holding the bag when things go wrong with their crappy equipment. Avoid this store at all costs.
I was a Kmart today customer service sure was rude stood in line for 10 minutes, when asking for another Teller because this youug man was in training and he was slow, the lady at the counter says oh he is new to the job with an attitude you should never be rude to a customer no matter what I will never go back to that store
rewards point expiring, went in there to redeem, nothing. The customer behind us said she couldn't redeem her's either.

Absolute worst customer service! Customer service counter didn't want to ring my wife up who was having problems walking with her cane (she is diabled) but relented when my wife pointed out that her counter was for diabled checkout. We then asked for the manager and the whole time she was being real smug like she could treat people the way she was. The manager was no better. Looked like he had been sleeping, didn't apologize for the treatment we got. Never shop there again......no wonder they are a dying chain.
