I will NEVER buy anything from Kmart ever again! If you don't have a receipt but the tag is still on the shoes, tuff luck! Even if you are wanting the exact same item in a different size....it's an F you attitude that they give you!!
I went in to purchase a wall mount for a tv...they did have some but they were 59.99. I thought that was a little spendy so I looked the brand up online. Wal-Mart, Amazon and others had the same one for 19.99. So I went to the return desk and asked if they price matched. I was told "huh...yea we don't do that here." So they lost my purchase that day and forever. Can't wait for someone else to come in and run them out of business.
Im just beyond thankful for how RUDE the cashier was to my friend and I this evening. It's so wonderful to see how continuously RUDE this cashier was to us this evening. Kmart really must have had to give this cashier some extensive training for customer service. It's nothing like going into an establishment and being treated with respect and with kindness because us customers work hard for our money and make the decision to spend it at your store. I think that after trying to purchase 600 worth of pool stuff not only did they rudely close ten minutes early but denied my check that belongs to a account that has plenty of money on it the girls wouldn't enter it manually or even try other options to get it to work cause they were more concerned with closing early and the people checking out behind me got denied their debit card from another local bank I will never go back there again ever... Try hiring staff that actually want to work
If they were focused on customers instead of Everything around them and if they learned how to treat customers.
It's a nice store to shop in. You also meet some great people in there
