awesome store..i love kmart
Consistently the worst. Everytime I go in the store I say it will be my last. Always multiple people "working" but only 1 check out line open. I approached a sales associate with a question, I've either been completely ignored or treated rudely. The last 2 times I was in there I ended up leaving without a purchase, yesterday was officially my last visit to Kmart.
Hire competent staff. I watched customers leave from the line.

THE customer service representative and saleswoman were very nice and assisted me with how to use my rewards points.
Associates and managers are very rude. They don't pass along information about returns to customers and they damage merchandise from online layaways. Worst store ever.
Thanks to some crazy on-line ordering limits to get an amazing sale price, the store staff, helped my husband order the gifts needed for a Christmas party for the developmentally disabled. Then they pulled the gifts quickly and we were filling the van. No need to go into the store on Black Friday and all the employees were pleasant, helpful and professional. HUGE HUGE THANK YOU!
This location is the absolute worst! I always order online and pick up in the store and always have issues at this location. I got to the store to pick up an order and realized I didn't have my ID, but I did have the email and the card used to pay for the item and they refused to release the item to me. Then, I called the customer service number who assured me that they should have given me my item with the email, my phone number (linked to my order) & the card I paid for the item with.
