This happened a few weeks ago.....Yesterday I was at Kmart (limestone location). I needed to get some cotton clothes for a homeless lady who lives in her car. After looking around I got help from two employees to find everything I needed and I shared why I was there. Horrible horrible. Customer service is horrible. Ordered online for 1 hour puck up in store 3days later still don't have it
I chose POOR. The return policy is very limited and provides Walmart (90 day), Target (16 months), and Kohls (indefinite with a receipt)...hassle-free. They don't realize they lost ALL of my business for less than $10.
There was a nice old guy who tried to help us look for what we came in for but couldn’t find it, but he really went above and beyond trying. He even explained they had gotten a ton of them last year. The check out process though took forever. I know it’s the holiday season but that’s again the more reason to have more check out lanes open. They only had 4 out of 8 lanes open. Cashier was nice and friendly.
I had a terrible experience at this Kmart. I purchased a set of outdoor chairs and drove an hour to pick them up here. When I arrived, the box was split in two, but they assured me that everything was in there. When I got home, I noticed that there was no hardware or tools to put them together. After further inspection, I noticed that the box actually says in handwriting, "no hardware- 2/17/17 Protech."
