Did the job at hand very well, no complaint there, however, the charge was far too much for a non-emergency (10am weekday) home visit that took all of 20 minutes. No senior discount, no friends or close referral discount, and a very selfish telephone clerk. Greedy is, as greedy does. Further, if & when this business responds to this, they’ll likely justify such crappy behaviour with some rationalization like “that’s just the way we do business”. Ryan came for an emergency repair, after business hours, found the issue and ensure repairs were done safely. Competent, reliable and efficient. You do not find that kind of service much around anymore!
