Very good service in the beginning after a while not so much. Just advised them after they deliver this last order to cancel our account. Nothing but problem after problem.
I help my boyfriend run his tire shop in vale NC. The delivery drive for this company is rude and unprofessional. We ordered tires the first of the week and was told they would arrive Friday. The driver calls Thursday wanting to deliver them when we hadn't been to the bank and could not drop what we was doing Togo right then with it 45 mins one way away. The driver for the vale area has costed me customers and money twice the first time i let it go. This time I ordered tires that were not in stock in hickory and was told it would be friday before they came. He calls wanting to deliver them Thursday while I was in the middle of a work order I explained that I was not expecting them until the next day and I did not have the cash on me I could try to get to the bank but it would be better to get them on friday like i was told when i placed the order.
