I have been a customer for this business for over 15 years, through two different companies and until today I had an amazing experience....that being said I ordered 4 brand new high end performance tires and called to get an estimated time of delivery so I could plan on having the vehicle at the delivery destination. I was told they had no idea what time they would arrive. I left my mobile number for the driver to call and at least give me a rough estimate on delivery time...no phone call.
