I had a 6am delivery to these guys, why did I pull up when one of the gentleman was having a bad day I guess. My rate con stated 6am firm appointment I get here at 5:55 wait until 6am to go inside and the gentleman was being so rude, telling me my delivery isn’t until 8am and I had to wait on the other side of the lot and the lumber fee is a 100$ whe doing business I try to stay professional as possible, I told him i have on my RC that the lumber fee is 50 and I suppose to be here at 6am he said well that’s not what mines sa... read more
