If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely appalling. We arrived for our booked appointment and were met with nothing but attitude. The man who “served” us took one look at the car, walked over, and ripped the front bumper off without asking, explaining, or getting permission and in the process made the damage significantly worse. Good quick service, did a good job on my SUV great paint match
I recently did a job trial at this shop and I was genuinely appalled at the effort and care taken into there work, there is no structure or care behind the jobs done, scratches could be seen underneath freshly painted cars, the way they speak about customers having issues was outrageous and quite sad to see from the owners of the shop. Would not recommend enless you’d like a rushed and spat out job, hopefully with a matching color 😂😂
