Recommended1st shipment arrived damaged, but K&M immediately sent a replacement order. Good service, good quality.
once these people have your money in advance they use it as leverage to take forever getting you product....took me almost a month to get an incomplete damaged order of a 10' box of downspout asked the delivery driver if I could open this box and inspect it for damage and the missing components.... he tries to pressure me to sign for it....slams the door and drives away...later I find out why
