Had no issues until I tried to move out and then suddenly I can't get the account closed because the address I gave wasn't the same as the one on the account. I gave every address I've had in the last 2 years, mind you I've only been renting the unit since April 2022 and it's June of 2022. How the heck does the address not match any that I've given them?! When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told he was one, so I asked to speak with someone else and the guy hung up on me. Would give zero stars if that were an option... read more

I loved that I didn’t have to go somewhere to pay a bill every month. We just set up reoccurring payments and it makes having to store things so much easier. My stuff was never messed with, weather did not get in and ruin anything, it was great.

They never answer when you call. Its a local automated money biz. 0 personal feel. I can't even get a hold of them. Its just an automated machine. I just sold my stuff and saved the head ache. Woodward is screwed is all businesses run this way. Pathetic that small towns have big city mind sets.
