Ariana absolutely killed it with my haircut! It turned out exactly how I wanted…actually, even better. The whole vibe was so chill and relaxing, and I walked out feeling like a new person. Can’t wait to book with her again!
First let me note (so the owner & Belinda know who this is) that this is in my maiden name. I have nothing but positive things to say about KM Salon. I admit that life is quite busy therefore I do not frequent as often as I should, but this is where the phenomenal skills and customer service are proven to be above top notch at KM Salon. I called at 11ish AM Sat to give salon another chance. I liked Belinda's bio and called salon due to site showed 3 open slots starting at 1230-1245 ?to set appt. Was told that someone else was moving foreward and Belinda didnt have avail until Monday. Agent at front didnt attempt to offer me a choice of the other times listed as available today.
