Edit after company response :) - You did not “ask” if someone was smoking crack, the screenshots are here and you can’t dispute what you said. Every single person in the house was white except for him. There are many things you can smoke out of a pipe, tobacco even! So interesting you chose crack…..You get an A+ in gaslighting though! It’s also interesting how anytime you get a bad review, you attack the people who wrote them, I’ve not once in any response seen you take accountability for issues that have arisen in your rent... read more

We had an amazing experience working with Kim and Denise with K&M rentals!!! We had somewhat of a unique request to reserve 4 of the homes around the Bass Lake area for our families and friends attending our intimate wedding weekend, and Kim was very flexible, responsive, and attentive to our requests. The property had potential but several issues made the stay less enjoyable. Cameras were placed excessively, creating a sense of being constantly watched. The ice maker wasn’t hooked up, and controlling the thermostat required contacting the owner via an app. Only four towels were provided for a five-day stay with no washer/dryer available, which was inconvenient. I've had my vacation rentals with K&M for 4 years, the quality and integrity of the staff and housekeeping is above and beyond. Highly recommend K&M property management.
