Receptionts are hell to deal with , they are liars and rude, Not helpful at all. They do not understand the concept of a family Dr. Terrible service.
Both doctors are good. The staff is nice too, Very helpful
I had a pretty poor experience with this medical clinic, the Dr. originally granted my request to accept the new born, and thanks to the receptionist who helped me get the appointment. However, I had to postpone the first request, which has been confirmed. After a few minutes, I received a call from the receptionist stating that they are not ready to see the newborn for whatever reason. It's terribly awful to be turned down to see at a newborn infant as its very important appointment. Please be cautious.
