SCAM! Avoid company at all costs Will charge a call out fee and won’t provide you their ABN and will hang up on you when you question them about it I don’t even know if these people who have come into my home are qualified There is also a Facebook page dedicated to avoid this company wish I saw this sooner!

I booked a service with KM Heating and Cooling for my Bonaire ducted heater, which occasionally required a power cycle to start. The unit is under the house. The technician, Josh, provided an absurd diagnosis, claiming that repositioning the switch would resolve the issue because my body heat near the unit was somehow affecting it. Super expensive, serviceman was very knowledgeable but kept pushing for a complete new air con change at double the price mind you ($7000), than any other AC company. I bought the broken capacitor and had it swapped. Total cost $50! BTW he wanted to charge for just procuring the broken capacitor $580 + Labor + GST. Welcome to insane priced AC work. I regret paying the $205 out-call fee.
