When our central air went out and we reached out to K & M, we had a response within an hour and an appointment was made. Casey did a great job of evaluating the unit and making a recommendation.
I had a small issue with my thermostat and Casey came out the next day and fixed it quickly. He also game me great pointers on the operation of the heating and cooling systems. No charge! I highly recommend K&M!

On the hottest day of Summer, my A/C unit quit at 2pm on a Friday. I called K&M, and they were at my home within 1/2 hour. They had the full diagnosis and new parts installed within 15 minutes. The house cooled rights down. I can't thank you enough!
