Had Casey come out as AC was cranking and not cooling. It's a nearly new unit and he figured it out quickly as it was overcharged with coolant. AC was installed by a Twin Cities contractor who clearly messed it up. We had not had a good experience with their service and went local. I am gald we did as the AC works great now. Casey fit us in during the recent heat wave when they had to be swamped.
If you need HVAC work, Kasey is fantastic to work with. He's down-to-earth, honest, and offers fair pricing. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend, especially if you're in the Rosemount area.

We can’t thank K&M enough for the amazing job they did helping us on such short notice!
