I wish I was joking… I have called 15 times since 9am this morning trying to schedule an appointment and have yet to get through. My first visit I waited an HOUR just to be seen for 5 minutes. I had a series of health issues I was wanting to understand and without even listening to what I was describing she says “let’s do bloodwork so we can see what medication to put you on” I don’t want to be on medication, I want to know what’s wrong with me. I've been with Dr. Karelina for over 8 yrs and she is great anything I need any concern she sends me out for everything right away . She's very honest and blunt with me which I love the staff and front desk are always great .
