Excellent customer service & on time
I would not recommend this business. I had my heating repaired and was told it was fixed and within a couple months it wasn't working again. Kamal was very hard to contact and once I did contact him he said he would come out and have a look but still hasn't. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.
I HAD CONTACTED KAMAL FOR MY HEATING SYSTEM SERVICING, HE WAS PROFESSIONAL IN THE FIRST GO & JOB WAS CARRIED OUT FINE. I AGAIN CONTACTED HIM FOR SESNOR LIGHT INSTALLATION, GETTING MY SECURITY SYSTEM ONLINE. THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEMS BEGAN, HE USED ARLEC PRODUCTS WHICH SEEMED SUBSTANDARD TO ME & ON ENQUIRING I WAS TOLD THEY ARE GOOD. IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS DOWN THE INSTALLATION & LIGHTS HAVE STARTED FLICKERING & CREATE A BUZZING SOUND( SEEMS LIKE A LOOSE CABLE TO ME) ON CONTACTING HIM SEVERAL TIMES, HE HAS BEEN BLINDLY IGN... read more
