This guy Kam came to repair our ducted heating, saying he won't charge call out fee, charged 500 dollars for one hour work. Heating stopped working again within 3 days, kept calling him and sending messages but he stopped picking calls and not replying any message despite my multiple attempts to contact him. He is a con as no reliable business will behave this way. Stay away from him and his services.
