They’re unprofessional, had to take the car for an estimate for rear bumper damage which happened at the light. The guy looked at it and said it will be about 14k to 16k in repairs for a 2025 Camry. And ripped apart the aside of the bumper while inspecting the damage. Because he was told that the responsible party will be paying for it. No written estimate just completely unprofessional. K&M Collision came highly recommended, and their reputation is spot on! Tina and Kyle were very helpful. They kept me posted on everything going on with my granddaughter’s car. Worked with insurance company and assured me that we would not pay anything out of pocket, and we didn’t! They fixed her car. Detailed it when they were done and it looked like a new car… we were so pleased with their work! Kyle kept his word and today that is something remarkable! Thank you for everything and making my granddaughter happy!
5 Star treatment by K&M!! They helped remove a scratch from our new car quickly and effectively. The staff members we worked with, Tina and Brian, were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The K&M facility is immaculate which made it comfortable for us to wait with our son for our service to be completed. We could not be more happy with our experience and would highly recommend them. Tina and Leslie were amazing, they helped me out a lot settling the wreck I was involved in. Always made sure everything ran smoothly and always willing to cooperate with me to see what worked best for me. They also had a rental ready for me in amazing condition while I waited for the insurance at fault to contact me. Highly recommend this place for any car accidents you may have gotten into.
