Great Experience, My vehicle had a 4-step paint that required special equipment. The repairs were done in a respectible time frame and all steps throughout the process were notified on the day they occured. Lisa, Tina and Johnny did a fantastic job with my entire experience.
K&M did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Tina was very easy to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I unfortunately had an accident with my 992.1 Turbo S. I wanted to send it to the shop with the best reputation for fixing high-end vehicles in the Charlotte area. Tina from K&M did a great job of working through vendors and insurance companies to get my vehicle there quickly and she also set expectations for timing. Overall, a great experience. If I need other bodywork done on my high-end vehicles I know exactly where I'm taking it.
Customer service is 5 star and the body work is 5 star. They also detailed my car. Fantastic! My car looks brand new. Best in the business. Thank you so much!
