They’re unprofessional, had to take the car for an estimate for rear bumper damage which happened at the light. The guy looked at it and said it will be about 14k to 16k in repairs for a 2025 Camry. And ripped apart the aside of the bumper while inspecting the damage. Because he was told that the responsible party will be paying for it. No written estimate just completely unprofessional.
