I was a bit unsure at first when my wife found this company. She said the person she spoke with sounded friendly and down-to-earth, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is the second time we've had a wonderful experience with K.M. Carpet Service. The first time, we brought in a special area rug that belonged to my mother, but unfortunately, it had been badly soiled by a pet and had over 20 separate urine stains. It took four rounds of deep carpet cleaning to get rid of the stains and odors, but the results were amazing—totally worth it! I am so impressed with the carpet cleaning service!
