Wow is all i can say. I called K.M. The technician came yesterday morning to clean our carpets and mattress, and he arrived exactly on time, which i really appreciated. He first walked through the house with us, asking about the main traffic areas, stained spots, and places that needed extra attention. Then he got right to work.
