We recently completed a large remodel and addition to our home with KM Builders. The entire team proved to be outstanding partners along every step of the way. They were honest, helpful, responsive, and professional. We highly recommend them.
Beginning with the girl at Costco who was thoughtful and not pushy to the representative who joined me at my house to provide a quote and thorough explanation for ExpoHome Improvement to the installers: Angel, Guillermo, Luis A, and Diego A all was completed with the utmost professionalism and care to my home. The crew did a tub removal and replacement with the most beautiful shower.
This is the only company I will ever use for renovations. As a first timer, I only knew what my parents had gone through over the years (some good, some bad). We required a multi scope repair & remodel involving a number of aspects from flooring removal and replace to extensive gypsum and framing work. In full disclosure I have been in the construction industry for a number of years and admittedly am not a passive customer. To that point I have to give kudos to the field operations and execution of our project. The end result and craftsmanship is extraordinary.
