We required a multi scope repair & remodel involving a number of aspects from flooring removal and replace to extensive gypsum and framing work. In full disclosure I have been in the construction industry for a number of years and admittedly am not a passive customer. To that point I have to give kudos to the field operations and execution of our project. The end result and craftsmanship is extraordinary. KM Builders met if not exceeded every expectation on our Lakehouse renovation. We hired them for a major remodel that included adding a second floor, and the experience was great from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent and they followed up with us after the project was done to be sure that we were satisfied. We did a full house remodel with KM and had a great experience. Truly a great team from start to finish. Highly recommend them for your remodel project. We had an extensive remodel. They took my grandparents 1970s home and updated it all.
