I had a fall a while back. I struggled with rotator cuff/ shoulder weakness and pain for six months. I could not get any imaging without going to emergency. I did not really want to enter the medical system for this. After searching and a GP recommendation, I found Kim. It only took three sessions, I had full range of motion and my pain was down by 80%. I would have suffered a lot longer. Thank you Kim.

I started with Kim after my second knee replacement. Kim is very knowledgeable about the body and how everything is connected. I had picked up some bad habits while overcompensating for my hip, back and knee pain. I am so thankful a friend recommended Kim to me. Her massage is different than any I have had before and is specific to my aches and pains. I highly recommend KM Bodyworks for anyone looking for quality massage therapy and pain relief.

If Kim Matthes at KM Bodyworks were a superhero, her name would be "The Body Whisperer!" Seriously, I walk in with a body that felt like it belonged to someone from the Stone Age. After just one session, I was moving like a young gazelle (or at least a slightly less creaky version of myself)! She combines expertise with movement and has the great personality to go with it! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. You’ll walk out feeling lighter, younger, and possibly ready to tackle the day.
