My experience with K&M Air Ducts was excellent. I scheduled an air duct cleaning online, and Tristan called me back to ask a few questions about my vents. He was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what might be causing the issue. Tristan even explained how I could try to fix the problem myself, and there was no charge for his advice. He also let me know that if the issue continues, they would be happy to come out and take a closer look. I highly recommend using their air duct cleaning service!
frederick did an amazing job! he really knows a lot about air duct cleaning and was very polite. he took the time to answer all my questions and showed me the inside of my vents, so i could see what was causing problems with my dryer. i will definitely call this company again for any air duct or dryer vent cleaning, and i’ll tell my friends and family about them too.

A polite technician came to my home in Triangle to check my dryer and air ducts. He cleaned out all the dust and debris from my ducts and even repaired a broken piece that connects to the dryer. Frederick was very professional and took the time to show me photos of the inside of the ducts before and after cleaning.
