Mary explains well the pros and cons of the procedure. She makes sure that I am comfortable and well-informed. She also checks my condition after the treatment. I have been suffering from chronic migraines and TMJ pain for YEARS. For the past 6 months, I haven’t had any attacks. Check out her clinic if you are experiencing the same. I deal with Mary and she’s been awesome! Offers a lot of services that will help benefit me and achieve my goals when it comes to appearance. She made my lips just the right amount of plump and I’m loving the process so far. She’s very knowledgeable and patient and overall just a positive experience. I would highly recommend to anyone. Can't say enough wonderful things about Mary. She takes her time and views your face like a work of art. She makes sure that your requests are realistic and caters to your needs. If she doesn't believe something is necessary, she will let you know. There definitely isn't a worry for her or any staff members to try and upsell you on products. Had a no-cost follow-up appointment but couldn’t attend because I was ill. I was charged $80 cancellation fee (again FOR A FOLLOW UP that had no charge associated!). Surprised with the lack of compassion and flexibility shown. I don’t recommend K&M Aesthetics (specifically Mary) based on how the situation was handled. Terrible to be nickel-and-dimed especially when you are feeling unwell.
