I drove an hour and a half to go check out the store and try a new sleeping mat and the website said they were open but there was a paper on the door saying closed until Monday due to limited staffing. Call ahead before going to verify they are actually there. Super bummed.

I bought three different sizes of the Everglow light tubes. Very flimsy, and two of the three didn't work. One wouldn't hold air, yes they're inflatable, and need an electrical power source. I consider them worthless and will throw them away. Called Klymit, and they referred me to the website to file a warranty claim. The website doesn't work for much of anything. I'm cutting my losses and ending the frustration by just trashing this junk!
