Kluge Brothers out of Brighton Colo. sent a son and father out to do my 200 sw ft job ( small) four hours and it was only half done they left because they couldn’t figure out how to finish the job and I had to wait 2 more weeks until they came back only after getting Lowe’s Regional team to help. Kluge never called to apologize or to reschedule. They put carpet in a friend of mines basement and they did a fantastic job.
Not a good place to make big purchases. Bought our floor there, basically didn't have many options with people the would lay flooring on slab. So we worked with the flooring department and They were great, but then the problems started. The company they go through to do the installs is Kluge Bros in Commerce City. Their installer showed up and stated they couldn't install the floor, because it wasn't leveled correctly. So they stated they could level it but it would cost us $1,000.00 for them to do the work. Kluge Brothers flooring re-carpet our entire house last spring. They did a great job and it was smooth and quick. What a difference new carpeting made in our home! They were professional,friendly and did a great clean up job. I would highly recommend them.
