Kluge Brothers Flooring did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish! Their team was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their workmanship truly exceeded our expectations—the floors look incredible and have completely transformed the space. They were easy to work with, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
An absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. They blame Lowe’s for EVERYTHING they mess up. I pay 8k for flooring and have to call 5 times over a 3 week span to try and get it scheduled. They claimed they were waiting on materials from Lowe’s (Lowe’s said they’d had the materials for 2 weeks). Delivery is supposed to happen between 8am-10am. 11 am and I haven’t heard anything. Excellent communication ( even months later) from Mr. Kluge and Vanessa before and during the correction that was necessary in several areas of the installation. Mr. Kluge took great care to rectify the problem. Thank you.
Stay away from this company. This was my feedback to Lowe's: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my feedback. During the carpet removal, one of the installers asked to buy my vacuums, mentioning he needed them for his church. I asked about cash, and I sold them to him. The installers moved our bedroom furniture from its original location to another room.
