Stay away from this company. This was my feedback to Lowe's: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my feedback. During the carpet removal, one of the installers asked to buy my vacuums, mentioning he needed them for his church. I asked about cash, and I sold them to him. The installers moved our bedroom furniture from its original location to another room. Had to take off from work so that they could do the carpet install. Fine. I planned for it. Then they had to send someone out to inspect all the problems I found with the installation. Had to take off work for that. Then they scheduled a team to come out to do the repairs. Entire carpet job has to be redone in the living room. I took the day off from work today to get that done. They never showed so I'm just out about 300 bucks for no reason. They rescheduled for next Thursday and of course, no guarantee they'll show up for ... read more
I highly recommend Kluge Brothers Floring for any carpet installation project. They did everything possible to make my carpet installation project as smooth as possible. The end result is beyond my expectations. It looks perfect! Great work ethics and perfect workmanship that makes this company outstanding. I purchase carpet through Lowe’s and, when I found out Kluge brothers were the installers I read all the reviews. I was seriously concerned based on the reviews and considered cancelling my order. I am so glad a didn’t. They were fabulous from scheduling through installation. Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The installers were punctual, friendly, efficient and did a great job. The carpet looks great and I would not hesitate to use them again.
At every opportunity, this company dropped the ball. From taking measurements, to make note of furniture movement. Their absolute ineptitude has cost me and my husband over 1000$ in lost wages. This includes them simply “forgetting” to send out workers. Installing carpet with the worst color match and seams I have ever seen, to doing a work order on Monday and now, even a week later, still being too incompetent to file it.
